NB: we did a river cruise one year and it wasn’t actually the best experience. We were packed in like sardines, really far away from the fireworks and when it was time, there was no countdown, no music out on deck and nothing to raise anticipation or celebrate midnight. Very anti-climatic. So do your due diligence and read the reviews before booking.
